 Chris Gill, President & CEO of SVASE, has founded 8 companies over the past 30 years, taking 6 to successful liquidity events, and has broad experience as a business executive in Europe, North America and Asia, with Fortune 500 companies as well as privately funded and venture backed startups. Chris is an active Angel, and Board member and Advisor to established and startup companies, and has been featured in and written articles on business and technology issues for the Financial Times, Business Week, and other publications. His new book, "Learning from Silicon Valley Legends" has sold internationally, as well as in the USA, since its publication in 2006. Chris was awarded a BSc in Computer Science from Manchester University (UK).

Dr. Stephen McElfresh, Principal and Founder, HR Futures
 Dr. Steve McElfresh founded HR Futures after having served as the President and CEO of the Saratoga Institute, a leading international organization doing research and consulting on productivity measurement and improvement. Before joining Saratoga, Dr. McElfresh was the chief HR officer for SRI International, Exponent, and Friden Alcatel. He has taught at Boston College and the University of Massachusetts, and has also served on the Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards of a variety of Bay Area companies and non-profits. Dr. McElfresh, who has published many articles on HR and productivity research and findings, conducts seminars both locally and nationally on new directions for the American workforce, R&D and white-collar productivity and the challenges of managing in highly technical organizations. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Boston College and a J.D. from the Santa Clara University.
