Sarah Autrand, M.A., Founder and CEO
Sarah Autrand is a seasoned high-tech executive with over 24 years experience acquired from a career spanning 5 Fortune 500 companies and over 30 successful emerging enterprises. She has worked with leading technology companies, including Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), Fujitsu and Sun Microsystems, as well as numerous emerging and midrange enterprises in a broad range of consumer and enterprise software categories, including: authoring tools, business performance management (BPM), business process outsourcing (BPO), communications, enterprise contract management (ECM), e-commerce, education, entertainment, Internet browsers, multimedia, portals, procurement/e-procurement, productivity, security, services, and vendor management inventory (VMI).
In addition to serving as interim Director or Vice President of Marketing for Market4Demand clients, Ms. Autrand has previously held positions as President of the Silicon Valley American Marketing Association (SVAMA) and Adjunct Professor of marketing communications at San Jose State University. Her areas of expertise include pricing, positioning, channels, strategic messaging, and all facets of online and offline promotion strategy.
Ms. Autrand has authored several articles and whitepapers, and has been quoted on marketing and trends in Silicon Valley entrepreneurship in the India Post, Palo Alto Weekly, San Francisco Business Times, San Jose Business Journal, and Silicon Valley Business Ink. Ms. Autrand is a sought after speaker on key marketing topics and trends at industry events as well as local entrepreneurial centers and universities. She completed her undergraduate studies with Honors in English (Literature), earned her M.A. in Theology and holds several writing diplomas and certificates.

Diane Robinette, President
Ms. Robinette brings twenty years of strategic marketing, management consulting, and management experience to her clients. She has worked in various industries including high tech, aerospace and defense, telecommunications, financial services, and transportation at companies such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Lockheed-Martin, Pacific Bell, Triton Container, and Visa International, as well as with over twenty emerging and midrange companies. Ms. Robinette has experience with a broad spectrum of technology products categories including business intelligence, customer relationship management, B2B integration/electronic data interchange, enterprise content management, enterprise contract management, enterprise application integration, supplier relationship management, supply chain management, eCommerce and Industry Standard Servers. Ms. Robinette has served in senior level product marketing positions at both startups and established companies including BroadVision, Contivo and Perfect Commerce. Her background also includes management positions at KPMG Consulting (now Bearing Point) and Ernst & Young (now Capgemini).
Ms. Robinette is an expert in defining and marketing solutions to facilitate her clients' success with early customers. Her market-driven approach to product marketing drives substantial revenue growth and improves bottom line product profitability. Ms. Robinette specializes in market and competitive analysis, product strategy and planning, product evangelism, sales education, and channel support. Ms. Robinette is a regularly invited speaker/panelist on various marketing topics in Silicon Valley for organizations including The Lester Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Haas Business School, Technology Ventures Corporation (TVC), and the Silicon Valley American Marketing Association (SVAMA). With an emphasis in Hardware and Software, Ms. Robinette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Jill Ryan Dopp, Director, Media Relations Consulting Practice
With more than 15 years experience in computer technology and 12 in media relations, Ms. Dopp's "straight shooting" approach strongly appeals to both clients and media alike. She believes that a successful media campaign is a team effort based on skill, trust, honest assessment and measurable results between both Market4Demand and the client.
Ms. Dopp joined McLean Public Relations in 1994 as a Partner, then Senior Partner in 1997. While at McLean, she represented a variety of companies in the following categories: consumer products; audio, video, and graphics solutions; computer systems; Internet development tools; and ecommerce solutions. In 1999, she helped launch the fastest personal computer system of its time, a Macintosh clone, for Motorola's Computer Group. For four years, Ms. Dopp significantly increased the visibility of Taiwanese-based Ulead Systems and strategically announced their IPO in the US. Several of her clients were acquired by publicly-held companies including Elastic Reality (Avid Technologies), NetMind Technologies (Intellisync), Germany-based GoLive Systems (Adobe Systems, Inc.), and mFactory (Quark, Inc.). Prior to McLean, Ms. Dopp worked in public relations for Macromedia, a developer of multimedia software products. By working closely with media contacts at all levels, she helped Macromedia become widely recognized as the category leader with several award-winning products and a successful IPO in 1994.
As a media relations executive, Ms. Dopp advises clients on corporate media strategy, develops and executes PR plans, launches products, schedules and manages editorial and analyst meetings, researches and pitches editorial opportunities in print, TV, radio and the Internet, secures speaking opportunities and researches and writes corporate documents. Ms. Dopp holds a B.A. in psychology from Northern Illinois University.
